Life Supports Counselling Service

Life Supports is a professional counselling service which is committed to working therapeutically with people who bring with them a wide range of life experiences. We believe that people want the best for their families, partners and themselves and that difficulties emerge when their best efforts to contribute to their lives and their relationships become unhelpful
or destructive.

Life Supports' approach to counselling focuses on working with people to expand their repertoire of skills in order to develop more positive ways to navigate their relationships with themselves, their partners and their families. All counsellors are highly qualified and experienced. Sessions may involve one person, couples, the whole family, or combinations that differ over time.

Life Supports Counselling welcomes people of all cultural and religious backgrounds, sexual orientations and levels of cognitive ability.

After hours and weekend appointments available.

For appointments or enquiries, please feel free to call 1300 73 50 30,
or use our Enquiry form.
