Conor specifically tailors his therapeutic response to meet the personal needs, circumstances, and counselling goals of his clients. His counselling practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness based therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Emotion Focused therapy, and Trauma Informed Methodologies. Conor is dedicated to working collaboratively with his clients to improve their engagement with life and increase their overall sense of wellbeing.
