He specialises in cognitive-behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. Sam believes that every person is deserving of happiness, no matter who they are, where they come from, or what they’re struggling with. Sam focuses on implementing steps that allow his clients to realise their potential, increase their knowledge and skills and make overall personal improvement.
