Terry is a highly motivated professional with a masters degree in counselling and psychotherapy, among other qualifications. After many years of experience, he has acquired wide-ranging expertise in various counselling modalities, including Couples and Family Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour, Solution-focused and Trauma-Informed interventions.
As a therapist, he has a genuinely person-centred, empowering approach built on acceptance and respect. He tends towards a strengths-based style that focuses on people's strengths and resources rather than a narrative of their shortcomings. Terry can help you uncover solutions that alleviate your discomfort while empowering you to create a better life for yourself and those you love.
