Referral Service

Life Supports operates a counselling service based in Balwyn, Victoria as well as a referral service for counsellors in different areas of Australia on a range of websites.
Counselling services are booked by Life Supports as agent for counsellors that provide counselling services to clients such as yourself. Counsellors pay a one off fee to Life Supports for marketing and administration for each new client who books an initial appointment
When you use the Life Supports Referral Network it is not Life Supports that is providing you with counselling services and Life Supports has no responsibility for any counselling services provided or not provided by the counsellors or any other party.
The Counsellors are providing counselling services directly to you.
Life Supports makes no warranty or representation regarding the standard of any counselling services to be provided, or the suitability of the Counsellors for your needs. This is an assessment which you must make. Life Supports is acting in this capacity simply as a marketing and booking agent for the Counsellors.
Life Supports does not control the business operations of the Counsellors.
Life Supports makes no guarantees or warranties about the services that are provided you by the counsellors.

Life Supports has:

No liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise of any counsellor or third party.
No liability for any loss or damage occasioned by any negligent act or omission of any experience provider or third party.
Where Life Supports liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the services purchased from the counsellor.
